Community Rules

ViBE ZO is a social media platform that opens the doors of imagination and paints the world with joy. Rooted in the culture and digital environment of the Arab world, we aim to connect Arabic-speaking content creators with their audiences, and to establish a broad and diverse community network, giving 450 million Arabic speakers equal and easy access to information and communication with one another. Everyone can make their voices heard around the world through our platform. People can feel closer and communicate more easily with each other, while we work to create more effective and efficient ways to foster an environment rich in creativity and entertainment. To achieve our goal of building one of the largest social media platforms in the Middle East, ViBE ZO will continue to deliver high-quality and reliable content. We will make every effort to help people share knowledge, experiences, and ideas in a friendly environment. The community Rules below are intended to serve as a guide to what we expect from ViBE ZO users. They are not a comprehensive or exhaustive list of all laws and regulations regarding content sharing or broadcasting. ViBE ZO reserves the right to terminate or remove any behavior that occurs on the platform, including questions, answers, blogs, comments, or any other content that violates these community rules. We may also terminate or remove any behavior or content that we consider inappropriate at our sole discretion. We expect all ViBE ZO users to comply with these rules to ensure that everyone’s voice is heard and to maintain a supportive and safe environment for all. Usage Rules

  • After successful registration, ViBE ZO grants each user an account and a personal password. Users must keep their account credentials confidential and are legally responsible for all activities conducted through their account, including compliance with the Terms of Use.
  • Users must ensure that their registration data is accurate, legal, and valid. Registering under another person’s identity, publishing content under another’s name, or maliciously using an account to mislead others is strictly prohibited. ViBE ZO reserves the right to immediately suspend service, block accounts, and hold the user fully responsible for any consequences.
  • If users register with names identical or similar to famous individuals or organizations (without official verification), ViBE ZO reserves the right to revoke such usernames.
  • ViBE ZO is a platform for sharing, publishing, and acquiring information. Content shared by users is considered public information and may be accessed by third parties. Publishers must be aware of this, and any information they do not wish to share with others should not be posted on ViBE ZO.
  • Users commit not to engage, directly or indirectly, in any actions that violate laws or social ethics in any form through ViBE ZO. The platform has the right to terminate or remove such content or block offending accounts, and the user bears full responsibility for the consequences.

Political and Social Content Rules

  • It is strictly prohibited to share or broadcast any content that opposes fundamental principles, threatens national unity, sovereignty, or territorial integrity, discloses state secrets, endangers national security, or harms national honor or interests, promotes terrorism, extremism, or incites related activities, incites hatred or racial discrimination, undermines national unity, or violates customs and traditions, insults state religious policies, promotes false religions, or spreads superstitions, spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or threatens stability, defames or insults national heroes and martyrs, or tarnishes their reputation and honor, promotes gambling, violence, crime, or incitement to commit crimes, incites illegal gatherings, protests, or activities that disrupt public order, contains prohibited practices as outlined in the Terms of Use, or is otherwise prohibited by national laws and regulations.

Ethnic and Religious Rules

  • ViBE ZO users must respect all religions and religious affiliations. Users must also respect all Arab countries and other nations worldwide, and are encouraged to use the platform to support such causes. It is prohibited to share or broadcast any content that contains extremism or promotes extremist ideologies.

Youth Safety and Wellbeing

  • Creating a safe and positive environment for young users is a top priority at ViBE ZO. These Rules are designed to ensure the wellbeing of our young community.
  • Age-appropriate content, respectful behavior, privacy awareness, positive engagement, educational content, reporting mechanisms, digital balance, cybersecurity, community support, empowerment.

Safety and Respect

  • We are committed to creating a safe and respectful community for everyone. No harassment or bullying, no hate speech, no threats of violence.
  • Polite language, constructive criticism, protection from exploitation, respect for others’ rights, intellectual property, personal rights.

Mental Health and Wellbeing

  • We care deeply about the mental health and wellbeing of our community members. Share positive and supportive messages that promote mental health.
  • Sensitive topics, supportive content, resources, encouragement to seek help, sensitive and mature topics.

Sensitive and Mature Topics

  • We recognize that some topics may be sensitive or mature in nature. These must be addressed responsibly.
  • Content warnings, avoid graphic details, respectful language, educational purpose, age-appropriate content, clear guidance.

Integrity and Authenticity

  • Trust is fundamental at ViBE ZO. Integrity and authenticity must guide all user activity.
  • Share accurate information, correction of errors, originality, give credit, no plagiarism, combating misinformation, no rumors, trusted sources, transparency, clear disclosures, conflict of interest.

Prohibited Goods

  • Users must comply with laws and regulations regarding the sharing or sale of products. The following are strictly prohibited:
  • Pornographic or illegal materials, controlled substances (e.g., drugs, banned medications), weapons, ammunition, or combat tools, official documents (e.g., passports, IDs, permits), counterfeit currency or stolen credit cards, malware, hacking tools, or illicit software.

Privacy and Security

  • Protecting user privacy and ensuring security is a top priority at ViBE ZO.
  • Do not share sensitive personal information: Never post your passwords, home address, ID numbers, or other private data.
  • Respect others’ privacy: Do not share other people’s personal information without their explicit consent.

  • Complies with laws and community Rules, features creative and original content, adds educational or entertainment value, does not promote hate, violence, or misinformation.

Enforcement

  • ViBE ZO reserves the right to take action when rules are violated, including but not limited to:
  • Warnings or alerts, removal of violating content, temporary suspension of the account, permanent ban in cases of serious or repeated violations.
