Virtual Items Policy
Overview of Virtual Items
- ViBE ZO offers virtual items such as Coins and Gifts that can be purchased and used within the platform.
- These items can be used to send and receive gifts, access premium features, participate in events, and earn rewards if eligible.
- Note: Users aged 18 years or older (or the legal age in their jurisdiction) may earn virtual items and withdraw eligible earnings as per the withdrawal policy.
Coins – Purchase and Use
- Coins can be purchased within the platform, with prices clearly displayed before payment.
- All transactions are processed in the chosen currency using supported payment methods.
- Additional fees such as international transaction charges or payment channel fees may apply.
- Once purchased, Coins are non-refundable and credited directly to your account.
- Coins are only usable within ViBE ZO and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to others, or combined with promotions unless explicitly stated.
Coins – Earning and Withdrawal
- Coins can be earned through livestreaming, active participation, completing milestones, or receiving gifts.
- Coins may hold monetary value and can be withdrawn by eligible users.
- To withdraw Coins, you must: be at least 18 years old, meet eligibility requirements, and use a supported withdrawal method.
- Withdrawal may be subject to fees, limits, and regional restrictions such as currency conversion or local regulations.
User Responsibilities
- The use of bots, scripts, macros, or automated tools to interact with the platform is prohibited unless via the official API.
- Fake engagement, automated transfers of coins or gifts, or any attempt to generate fraudulent income is strictly forbidden.
- Virtual items (Coins, Gifts) are not real money and must not be sold, traded, or converted outside the platform.
- Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent bans, or forfeiture of items.
Payment Terms
- We accept credit and debit cards and other supported payment methods.
- By making a purchase, you authorize ViBE ZO or its payment provider to charge your payment method.
- You may be required to provide personal information such as valid ID, legal name, address, and date of birth.
